The uchigatana has a couple valid ways of use. First and foremost it's a DEX weapon, meaning stack dex. 40-50 dex is usually where you wanna head with it. Secondly get a Sharp stone, and make it a SHARP uchigatana. If you're using a buff, the Uchi, but be prepared to look like every other "Faith" build out there. PGS is a good choice as well but it's a better backup weapon. Your stats don't seem high enough to get the most out of a Halberd. Consider a Scythe.
