My Google Home app reports the 3 devices that I have as being AC-1304. They are reported in the app as being a Nest Wifi Router, and Nest Wifi Points, setup as a mesh. Currently, only the one point (acting as a router) is wired to my ISP internet router, the other two connect wirelessly to that main point.
